About MedTechWare / Our people

The people
behind the work.

Our greatest asset is our people.

I'm Ross, founder and CEO of MedTechWare. We bring software, electronics, and the wider product team together around the same challenge: making a medical product work as a complete system.

For many of us, working together goes back close to a decade. That familiarity shapes how we collaborate, work through difficult questions, and move a product forward.

How we work

Keep the whole product in view.

Understand the problem

Product goals, user needs, and development constraints shape the plan. We make the open questions visible before committing to a technical direction.

Work across the interfaces

Software behavior, electronics, mechanics, and user interaction affect one another. We connect the relevant people around those decisions.

Make progress tangible

Architecture reviews, working prototypes, and test evidence give the team something concrete to evaluate as the design develops.

Build for the next milestone

We define the work the program needs at its current stage, while considering the requirements and integration work that will follow.

Our studio

A familiar place.
A new chapter.

Our studio is in the historic IceHouse in Old Towne Orange, a building that once cooled and stored citrus for shipment by rail.

For many of us, this building and the people around us have been part of our working lives for close to a decade. MedTechWare is a new chapter in a place where we already know how to work together.

Today, the space brings engineering workbenches, planning areas, and room for conversation into the same setting.

A little of Orange, inside

A place with
some history.

Industrial windows, timber, steel, and details from another working life give the studio its character. The setting is part of our everyday rhythm: a place to focus, build, and bring people together around a problem.

The citrus story belongs to the building. The engineering story is the one we are writing here now.
